How to Log In and Access Your Members Area

This guide will walk you through signing in, setting up your username, and finding your products, training, and downloads.

You do not need a password. You can log in to the members area using either a magic link or a one-time PIN. Both options are included in the login email.

Step 1: Enter your email address

Go to the members area login page.

Enter the email address you used when you joined or purchased your product, then click Send Magic Link.

If you mistype your email, you may see a “Did you mean…” suggestion below the email box. Double-check that your email address is correct before sending the magic link.

Step 2: Check your email

After clicking Send Magic Link, you’ll see a confirmation screen.

Open your email inbox and look for the login email. Click the magic link inside that email to sign in.

If you do not see the email after a minute or two, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.

If needed, return to the login page and click try again.

Step 3: Choose your username

The first time you enter the members area, you’ll be asked to pick a username.

This username is how you’ll appear in the community and on leaderboards.

Your username must be:

1. 2–30 characters long
2. Made from letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens only
3. Something you’re happy for other members to see

Once you’ve entered your username, click Let’s Go!

You’ll also receive your starter points after completing this step.

Step 4: View your dashboard

After setup, you’ll land on your member dashboard.

From here, you can access:

1. What’s New

   See recent updates and announcements.

2. Free Member Tools

   Access any free tools included with your membership.

3. Your Products

   View the products, trainings, and resources you own.

Your current points are shown in the top navigation bar.

Step 5: Open your products and downloads

In the Your Products section, click the dropdown arrow beside your product to expand it.

Inside the product area, you may see:

1. Main training

   Click Open Training to begin the course.

2. Product downloads

   Click Download to save included resources to your computer.

3. Bonus materials

   Any included bonuses will appear here with their own download buttons.

If a product says Owned or Fully unlocked, it means you already have access.

If you cannot log in, first make sure you are using the same email address you used when signing up or purchasing.

Then check your spam or junk folder for the magic link email.

If you still cannot access your members area, contact support and include the email address you used to sign up.
