How to request a refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any of our products isn't the right fit for you, we're happy to process a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The email address you used to purchase
  3. The product(s) you'd like refunded
  4. Your WarriorPlus Sale ID (found in your purchase receipt email)

What to Expect

  • We process refunds promptly once we receive your request
  • Refunds are processed through WarriorPlus (the platform where you purchased)
  • It typically takes 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Refund for Specific Products

If you purchased multiple products (Front End + upgrades/OTOs), you can request a refund for individual products — you don't have to refund everything.

Response Times

Monday – Friday: We typically reply within 24 hours.
Weekends: We're offline Sat & Sun, so replies sent over the weekend will be picked up first thing Monday.
